I like pork chops but i find that they can be very dry, cooking chops in the slowcooker makes them really soft and tender. This super easy no fuss recipe makes a delicious midweek dinner.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon worchester sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 onion sliced
2 eating apples sliced
Method:
- Place all the ingredients except the pork chops into the slowcooker and stir well.
- Place pork chops on top of the sauce and give everything a gentle stir making sure all the chops are coated with sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serve with baked potatoes and steamed brocolli.
Happy slowcooking,
